A LUXURY INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO SERVING NORTH TEXAS

Behind every forever home is a story—one shaped by the people who live there. At Sey Interiors, we believe your home should feel unmistakably yours, reflecting your routines, your values, and the life you are building within its walls. Our work is rooted in personality-driven design, where every decision begins with understanding you. Kristen serves as a steady guide throughout the process, translating your vision into a home that feels deeply personal, thoughtfully tailored, and designed to support your family for years to come.

FOUNDER & CEO OF SEY INTERIORS

Kristen Reyes is the founder and principal designer of Sey Interiors, a full-service interior design studio based in Richardson, Texas. Her work is defined by a thoughtful balance between the technical and the beautiful—bringing clarity, structure, and intention to homes designed for real life.

Raised in a family of contractors, makers, and artists, Kristen grew up immersed in construction and renovation, developing an early understanding of how homes are built and how they function over time. After relocating multiple times before the age of fifteen, she also gained a thoughtful appreciation for the role a home plays in shaping comfort, routine, and belonging.

She later earned her degree in interior design and architecture from Miami University and began her career working with leading international firms on complex commercial projects, including corporate headquarters and luxury high-rise developments across Dallas.

That commercial foundation continues to inform Kristen’s residential work today. Sey Interiors specializes in large-scale renovations paired with comprehensive furnishings, guiding professional families through meaningful transformations—from the studs through final styling. Kristen leads each project personally, bringing technical fluency, thoughtful planning, and steady project leadership to every phase of design and construction. Her work is shaped by the personalities, lives, and experiences of her clients—she provides the structure and guidance, while they define the vision, resulting in homes that feel distinctly personal and entirely their own.

Kristen has been recognized as a design authority in BESPOKE: A Philosophy of Beauty and her work has been featured in Forbes, Southern Living, Homes & Gardens, and Business of Home. Outside of the studio, she lives in a 1960s post-war cottage in Richardson Heights with her husband, Carl, and their daughter, Ruthie. She is deeply invested in her local community and passionate about creating homes—and places—where people feel connected, supported, and truly at home.
