Do you help us select a contractor or builder?

Yes. Many of our projects involve older properties with character and architectural value. We are experienced in reimagining historic and vintage homes while maintaining the elements that make them unique.

Yes. We often assist in selecting professionals who align with your scope, aesthetic, and expectations. We maintain relationships with several vetted builders and contractors across the Dallas area.

What level of involvement is required from us?

We lead each project from concept through completion, allowing our clients to stay focused on life, work, and family. While your input matters, our process is designed to simplify decision-making and reduce day-to-day demands.

What types of projects do you take on?

How far in advance should we reach out?

Most clients reach out six to twelve months before construction begins. Our calendar is intentionally limited. If you are planning a renovation in the coming year, we recommend beginning with our Inquiry Form.

Sey Interiors specializes in large-scale residential renovations for families ready to invest in their forever homes. Most projects involve full-service design, from construction through final styling, in North Dallas, Richardson, and Plano.

Do you offer construction management?

We are not general contractors and do not manage construction. However, we stay closely involved throughout the project to ensure your design is implemented as intended. We collaborate with your contractor as a third-party design lead, reviewing details, answering questions, and advocating for your vision from start to finish.
