A compact, square kitchen with underutilized corners set the stage for Amadorable, a renovation designed to make every inch count for a family of four. The existing layout felt closed off and inefficient, so the plan was thoughtfully reworked, flipping the orientation to better support entertaining while creating a more natural connection to surrounding living spaces.
Function guided every decision. A dedicated drop zone with concealed cabinetry was introduced to keep backpacks and daily clutter from spilling into the kitchen, allowing the space to feel calm and organized even during busy mornings. Natural stone played a leading role in the design; after reviewing more than twenty-five slabs, the perfect quartzite was selected to anchor the room with depth and character. The result is a kitchen that feels tailored, durable, and effortlessly suited to the rhythm of family life.
