A water leak set everything in motion. What began as refinishing the floors became a kitchen, bar, and main suite renovation. We reworked the core spaces so the family can entertain with ease and still enjoy everyday life with their two little girls.

Like many 90s builds, this home had 45 degree angles and tricky corners. Our goal was to simplify the plan, remove the awkward transitions, and introduce smarter storage so the spaces felt intentional and better suited for hosting and family life.

This project was selected to be featured in the coffee table book “/bespok/: A Philosophy of Beauty,” alongside work from designers across the country. A very special moment for our studio and for this family.
