What happens when you love the home you bought as newlyweds, but five more people now live there too? You build up. We added a new wing over the garage, created a private suite for mom and dad, and designed a playroom with room to grow.

We needed to expand the home while honoring the vintage character the clients loved. With five kids and two cats, every space had to work hard, so we specified durable, family friendly materials that still felt creative and playful.

Our favorite detail is the custom mosaic tile in the main ensuite. The clients trusted us to take a risk and create something that had never been done before, and it became the hero of the space.
